January Ipsy Bag

I'd gotten my bag a week or two ago and honestly forgot that I didn't make a post. Sorry! Mom also got a bag as well and I think got a few items different then her.

 Naturally this month's bag was pretty much about the New Year and resolutions. Inside the card had lines on it to write down what your resolution was and then you can tag Ipsy on several social sites to try and win a free year membership to the Ipsy bags.

The bag is blue plastic and smelled just like the way McDonald's toys used to smell in the 90s. Like a mixture of a skunk and pvc pipes. Don't ask, my childhood was funny. 19 Reasons was the theme. Not really sure what that means but the front looks like makeup products set up like a city skyline.

Straight up just swatched this on the back of my hand and it's a really pretty bronze-like color. The pencil glided but did tug a little. This could be used for just a lid line rather then the water line I would think.

Toner, Serum, and Moisturizer in one is the product description for this one. Very natural products and its handmade. I tried a little on the back of my hand. It leaves a little bit of grease which I'm not found of in a face lotion. I have combo skin and it's not pretty when I add something oily to the mix. I'm going to test it out on my face just for a looksee. Handmade with natural ingredients can't be bad right?

On the site the full size comes with a lip brush but the sample didn't. This is key because when you sweep your finger in and apply, it's very pigmented. And stained my finger! It's got a bit of staying power to it for a Lip Balm. Very smooth feeling and was a pretty color as well.

These are actually from the same company Nicka K that sent that real pretty taupe nailpolish not too far back. I unfortunately have no tried out these cleansing wipes yet so I have no opinion on them but if they work well the price is amazing. I pay more for the Equate cheapie pack at Walmart for like 30 or 40?
